Legislative Updates AB 222 (Adams/Ma) AB 222 was passed unanimously by the Assembly Utilities & Commerce Committee. AB 222 would create a regulatory pathway for the development of conversion technologies in California. Conversion technologies present an opportunity to diversify the way we manage the 40 million tons of solid waste disposed in California each year, thereby attracting significant economic development in green technologies.
